These terms apply when you use davi-global.com or buy from DAVI. By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
We aim to describe products, colors and dimensions accurately. Measurements are approximate and colors may look slightly different on your screen. Airline carry-on limits vary by carrier, route and fare class; please check your airline's requirements before you travel.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Bundle discounts (2 bags 15% off, 3 to 6 bags 25% off; the 25% applies to up to 6 bags per order, additional bags are full price) are applied automatically where shown; the keychain tote is not included in bundle discounts. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider or in USDT. An order is confirmed once payment has been received.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a clear pricing error or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. See our Shipping policy.
Final sale
All sales are final, as described in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, images and the DAVI name, may not be copied or used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
